The kitchen cabinets and all flooring have been removed. This is a 4-1.5 that could be easily converted to a 3-2. I was told the roof is 3 years old. I inspected and looks to be accurate. Roof will need flashing repair where we removed carport. Water heater is only a couple years old. AC and Heating system is older and may need to be checked out.
There is a 14X18 shed on a solid foundation which needs re-sided and re-roofed. You could run water and sewer and possibly rent it or use it as a mother in-law suite.
There is an odor in the house from the people before who had way too many cats. We removed the debris and carpet and it has gotten better. Clean the floors and do some sheetrock repair, this will go away as we have done a couple of these.
